Anticipation continues to build for Winx’s spring resumption, and the triple Cox Plate champ had her final piece of work as a six-year-old on Tuesday morning.

With the new season ticking over on Wednesday, it is less than three weeks to Winx’s first up assignment in the newly-elevated $500,000 Group 1 Winx Stakes (1400m) at Randwick on August 18.

The Chris Waller stable has been proactive in sharing plenty of information and vision on the mighty mare, as she continues her preparation with a 25-race winning streak to her name.

And Tuesday was no different with the below offering from the record-breaking Sydney stable, with Winx set to turn seven on Wednesday.

Winx trialled at Rosehill on July 23, finishing seventh behind She Will Reign over 900m, but with plenty in the tank under Hugh Bowman.

Her next public assignment is likely to be a Rosehill trial next Tuesday, or potentially a trial at Warwick Farm on Friday.
